Yes, in the registration form you will need to fill out the “schedule availability” section, and we will assign a teacher and schedule according to your choice. If once classes have started you need to change the schedule, you must indicate this to the administration before making the payment for each month.

We do not offer trial classes, but you can write to us to resolve any doubts before starting.
It’s not a problem, but you must understand that the time the teacher has lost must be compensated in their favor, so the class will not be returned to the student and they will have to wait for their next class. Additionally, the student is not entitled to request a refund.
Currently, we accept PayPal and bank transfers.
Payments are made monthly at the end of each month to begin a new cycle of classes. We will clearly inform you about the dates, in shaa Allah.
Yes, but it depends on the reason. If it’s due to a force majeure—such as a serious illness, the death of a close family member, an accident, or hospitalization—you can cancel without any problem and reschedule the class.
In other cases, if you really cannot attend due to an unforeseen event, you are allowed to cancel the class on a one-time basis, as long as you communicate it at least one day in advance. It is not permitted to notify just a few hours in advance, as this makes organization difficult for both the center and the teacher.
Cancellations without valid justification are not allowed and the class will be considered as taken.
We will notify you in advance, in shaa Allah, and the class will be rescheduled at the most convenient time for both parties.
You only need a good internet connection, a device with a camera and microphone, a quiet place to concentrate, and most importantly, motivation.
It is necessary to have your own physical Quran and, in the case of Arabic, we will indicate the materials we will use in class, and the most advisable thing to do to not hinder your learning is to print them.
You should communicate with the administration so that the Daarulqiraa team can assess your particular situation and give you an appropriate response.
It is important that you inform us in advance, avoiding unexpected pauses or without prior notice, as this facilitates the organization and monitoring of your learning.
Once the administration receives your registration payment, we will begin organizing your classes, in shaa Allah. As soon as they are ready, we will send you an email with all the details about your lessons, in shaa Allah.
At that time, a Google Chat group will also be created where you will have direct access to your teacher. Through that group, you can communicate about everything related to your classes: send homework, ask questions, and you will receive messages from us about your classes.
That will be our main communication channel with you.
