  • Daarulqiraa’s Terms and Conditions : General Rules for an Effective and Respectful Learning Environment:At Daarulqiraa, we value commitment, seriousness, and good manners in learning. Below are the rules to help you make the most of your experience and maintain a respectful and academically excellent environment, in shaa Allah:1. Communication with Teachers.
    Private communication with teachers is not allowed. All communication must focus solely on Arabic language studies. Questions may be asked during class or through the designated Google Chat. Violations should be reported to administration for appropriate action, in shaa Allah.

    2. Punctuality and Attendance.
    Punctuality and attendance commitment are essential. If you cannot attend a class, notify us the day before (except in urgent or unforeseen situations, in which case notify as soon as possible). Late notices are not accepted.

    3. Schedule Changes.
    Once the course has started, changes to dates or times are not allowed. Adjustments are only possible before the course begins.

    4. Connectivity and Equipment.
    It is recommended to use a computer with a stable connection to avoid interruptions.

5. Camera Usage.
The camera must be on during lessons, as it is essential for the proper development of the class.

6. Preparation Before Class.
Before each lesson, make sure you have your notebook, pen, and all necessary materials. Preparing materials during the class is not allowed as it wastes time and hinders focus.

7. Suitable Environment.
Create a quiet study environment, avoiding noise or distractions that may affect concentration for yourself and others. If you have children, please try to prevent noise that could disturb the class.

8. Use of Devices.
During the lesson, the use of phones or any devices not related to the class is prohibited.

9. Attitude in Class.
A positive, participative, proactive attitude and genuine interest in learning are expected.

10. Food and Drinks.
Eating during class is not allowed unless there is a prior medical need communicated to the teacher. Drinking liquids is permitted.

11. Class Recordings.
Recording classes, either partially or fully, is not allowed, nor is taking screenshots if the teacher’s camera is on.

12. Privacy in Women’s Classes.
In women-only classes, wearing headphones is required if there are men at home. If the camera is on, it should be ensured that men cannot see the teacher or hear the class.

13. Incidents.
Any issues related to the teacher must be communicated to the administration via email at: daarulqiraa@gmail.com

14. Absences and Tardiness.
If a student misses class without a valid reason (such as serious illness or family emergency), that class will not be rescheduled or refunded. Similarly, if the student is late or misses the class, that time will not be made up or refunded.

15. Cancellations and Makeups.
Classes are only made up if the teacher cancels or in cases of serious reasons mentioned above. If the teacher is late, the student is entitled to recover the lost time.

16. Registration and Payments.
Registration is only confirmed after the payment of €5, and classes must be paid in advance, before the start of the following month. The student will bear the transfer fees.

17. Group Classes Start.
Group classes will begin when at least three students are enrolled.

18. Refunds.
Refunds are not given.

19. Evaluation and Exams.
Each level includes two exams (one midterm and one final). It is mandatory to pass in order to move to the next level. If not passed, the student must repeat the course.

20. Active Participation Outside Class.
The student is required to review what was learned between classes, complete tasks assigned by the teacher, and send homework to the chat group with the teacher before the next lesson. Consistency outside of class reinforces learning and improves performance in lessons and exams.

21. Use of Arabic During Classes.
The use of Arabic as the primary language of communication will be encouraged during lessons, tailored to the student’s level. This helps create true language immersion.

22. Respect and Islamic Ethics.
All participants are expected to maintain behavior in line with Islamic values: mutual respect, proper manners, and sincerity in the intention to learn for the sake of Allah.

23. Commitment to Course Regularity.
By registering, the student commits to following the course continuously. If a prolonged break is needed (for justified reasons), it must be communicated in advance to the administration.
